Nurse Advice Line

What is it?

The OHPCC Nurse Advice Line is a service for Oregon Health Plan Fee for Service members. Calls are answered toll-free at 800-562-4620 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday by our staff through Friday except for holidays. After hours, on weekends, and on holidays, calls are answered by our 24 hr Nurse Advice Line.

How does it work?

Your call will be answered by a care coordinator who will ask you what you need help with. If your need is medical or about health, your call will be sent to a nurse. If you need information about your health plan, help finding a provider or help with other issues, the care coordinator will help you.

How do I call the Nurse Advice Line?

Call anytime,  toll-free at: 800-562-4620, the same number you use to call OHPCC-Kepro. The calls during business hours are handled by OHPCC-Kepro Care Coordinators.  The calls after hours are automatically transferred to Nurse Advice Line.

Who is it for?

The OHPCC Nurse advice line is for Oregon Health Plan Fee for Service members. Your OHP Member Card will say if you are a Fee for Service member.

Our Nurse Advice Line is available in non-English languages and TTY (711).

If you are an American Indian/Alaska Native and part of the CareOregon care coordination program, please call them at 844-847-9320.

If you are an Oregon Health Plan CCO member, please call your health plan’s own nurse advice line.
